Welcome to Bee Inspired Art

I’m Lisa, a self-taught artist from Newport Pagnell, creating colourful original artwork inspired by the beauty of nature, wildlife and the little moments that bring happiness into our lives.

My journey with art began in January 2025 as a way to explore creativity, mindfulness and wellbeing. Over time, painting has become more than just a hobby, it has become a way to share positivity, emotion and a little piece of joy with others.

My Work

I love working with gouache, watercolour and acrylics to create vibrant landscapes, floral paintings, seascapes, marine life, wildlife art and imaginative pieces filled with colour and character. Every artwork is created by hand, with each brushstroke bringing its own personality and story.

The Name

The name Bee Inspired Art comes from my love of bees and sunflowers, and the simple reminder to bee kind, bee inspired and bee yourself. I believe art should make you feel something, whether that’s happiness, calm, nostalgia or a connection to nature.

Something for Everyone

Alongside original paintings, I create prints and handmade items which include painted ceramics, glassware and coasters, so that everyone can enjoy an affordable piece of my artwork.
